The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) spotlighted the successful hosting of the North East Music Festival 2026, which took place on February 22 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Held under the theme “Sound Without Conflict,” the festival brought together artists from across North East India, presenting a diverse mix of folk, indie, rock and hip-hop performances for audiences in the capital.
In the lead-up to the event, IRCTC promoted travel to New Delhi through IRCTC Air, highlighting benefits such as travel insurance coverage, competitive convenience fees and special fares for students, senior citizens, defence personnel and government employees.
The venue’s proximity to Indira Gandhi International Airport facilitated convenient access for outstation attendees.
Organisers positioned the festival as a cultural platform celebrating the rich musical heritage of North East India while connecting artists and audiences in New Delhi.
