DNA Entertainment Networks successfully executed Reliance Family Day 2025, bringing together 70,000 attendees under a unified experience designed to foster employee engagement at scale.
The event demonstrated how structured planning and thoughtfully designed experiences can deliver meaningful engagement across large audiences. Every aspect of the programme—from infrastructure and technical production to entertainment and operations—was aligned to ensure a seamless experience for employees and their families.
Execution spanned multiple functional areas, including overall event management and show calling, as well as branding, visual design and on-ground aesthetics to create a cohesive environment.
Large-scale infrastructure was implemented, including stage design and seating arrangements to accommodate attendees. Technical production featured sound, lighting and LED execution, supported by comprehensive electrical planning, power distribution and lighting design to ensure uninterrupted operations throughout the event.
A dedicated carnival zone formed part of the experience, offering games, DIY activities, rides and photo opportunities. Catering zones and audience seating areas were organised to efficiently manage high footfall.
Back-of-house (BOH) operations and artist management were handled alongside manpower planning and on-ground coordination to maintain operational flow. Special effects were incorporated during live performances to enhance the overall experience.
