Mumbai is set to witness a major cultural event as veteran Punjabi music icon Gurdas Maan returns to the city for a one-night-only live concert on March 21, 2026, at NESCO Center. Produced and promoted by EVA Live, the event marks his first performance in Mumbai since a special Baisakhi Night concert in 2024 and will be his only India appearance during the current global touring cycle.
Titled ‘Gurdas Maan – Live Like Never Before’, the concert has been conceived as an immersive evening that moves beyond a conventional live music format. Known internationally for the emotional depth and cultural authenticity of his performances, Maan will be backed by an 11-member live band. The show is designed as a journey through Punjabi folk music, poetry and heritage.
The production will feature a pind-inspired stage aesthetic, drawing from the warmth and nostalgia of traditional Punjab. Elements such as Bhangra, Giddha and Gatka are expected to be incorporated into the performance, creating a full-scale cultural showcase that typically extends beyond two hours.
The curated setlist will span Maan’s extensive repertoire, including well-known tracks such as Challa, Apna Punjab Hove, Ki Banu Duniya Da, and Sajna Ve Sajna, alongside soulful compositions including Peer Tere Jaan Di and Raati Chann Naal Gallan Karkey. Audiences can also expect classics such as Mamla Garbar Hai, Dil Da Mamla, and Hasdi De Dand Ginda, in addition to conceptual material from the Sound of Soil album and contemporary Lofi and Trap reinterpretations of his earlier works.

Over the past year, Maan has continued to perform internationally through concert series including ‘Sound Of Soil’ and ‘Yaar Punjabi’, both noted for their conceptual depth and emotional resonance. He is next scheduled to headline the ‘Soul Of Punjab’ Canada Tour 2026, with announced dates across Brampton, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver beginning March 28, 2026, and running through April 2026.
Positioned just days before the launch of the Canada tour, the Mumbai concert is set to serve as a standalone performance bridging his recent artistic explorations with his forthcoming international engagements.
