Blackboard Communications Crafts Dual-Purpose Experience for Netflix’s 10-Year India Milestone

Blackboard Communications LLP conceptualised and produced a large-scale, dual-purpose experience for Netflix, bringing together the Netflix Company Meeting alongside the milestone celebration of 10 years of Netflix in India.

Designed as a multi-phase journey, the event brought together Netflix leadership, celebrity guests and employees to reflect on a decade of storytelling in India while fostering connection and internal engagement. The experience was structured to move seamlessly from corporate reflection to celebratory moments, marking a significant milestone for the streaming platform in the country.

As part of the engagement strategy, Blackboard Communications executed a series of pre-event in-office activations, including physical invitations, peer-to-peer postcards and Polaroid gifting, aimed at building anticipation ahead of the main event. The agency also curated a dynamic company meeting format featuring surprise celebrity interactions and a tightly managed agenda flow.

The celebration culminated in a high-energy 10-year anniversary experience, featuring choreographed moments and cast appearances. The venue was transformed into Netflix-inspired interactive zones celebrating iconic Indian titles from the platform’s catalogue. Live performances, DJ sets and thematically curated food and beverage experiences further enhanced the immersive environment.
