HRAWI Conducts FSSAI FoSTaC Food Safety Training Programme in Indore

The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) (HRAWI) conducted the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme on February 4, 2026, at Hotel Solaris.

The training programme was attended by 21 hospitality professionals and focused on key aspects of food safety, including food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and waste management. The session was conducted by Dr. V. Pasupathy and offered participants practical insights to help strengthen food safety protocols within their establishments, in line with industry best practices.

With this programme, HRAWI continues to advance its commitment to food safety standards across the hospitality sector. To date, the association has successfully trained and certified 3,716 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC initiatives and FSSAI’s Management Training Programme. HRAWI remains dedicated to fostering a strong culture of food safety and equipping industry professionals with the knowledge and skills required to maintain high operational standards.
