Formula 1 Returns to Delhi NCR After Nearly 15 Years With Red Bull Moto Jam Showrun

Formula 1 is set to return to the Delhi NCR region after nearly 15 years, as Red Bull Moto Jam makes its much-anticipated comeback with its second edition in 2026. The high-octane motorsports festival will take place on March 1, 2026, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, bringing a multi-discipline motorsport spectacle to the national capital region.

Following a blockbuster debut in Chennai, Red Bull Moto Jam arrives in Delhi NCR with an expanded format, positioning itself among India’s largest motorsports festivals. The event marks the return of Formula 1 machinery to the region, offering fans a rare opportunity to witness the sound, speed and spectacle of an F1 car live on Indian soil. As part of the event experience, DreamSetGo is partnering as the Official Sports Experiences Partner, with a focus on bringing fans closer to global motorsport through curated premium experiences.

Headlining the event is Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula 1 driver Arvid Lindblad, who will deliver a Formula 1 showrun in a VCARB Formula 1 car. The demonstration run is expected to be the centrepiece of the festival and one of the most significant Formula 1-related appearances in the country since the Indian Grand Prix era in Greater Noida.

Designed as a first-of-its-kind, festival-style motorsport experience, Red Bull Moto Jam 2026 will feature a range of high-adrenaline disciplines alongside the F1 showrun. These include drifting showcases, stunt biking performances, freestyle motocross (FMX) acts and stunt car displays, transforming the capital region into a high-energy playground for motorsport enthusiasts.

While the Greater Noida event is a non-competitive demonstration, it has also reignited conversations around the long-term return of Formula 1 racing to India. Industry and government stakeholders are understood to be exploring the possibility of reviving an official Formula 1 Grand Prix at the Buddh International Circuit, which last hosted the championship in 2013. Discussions are reportedly centred on commercial viability, operational structure and circuit readiness.

The showrun is expected to draw significant attention from motorsport fans across the country, many of whom have awaited Formula 1’s return since it exited the Indian calendar over a decade ago. With Formula 1’s popularity continuing to rise in India, Red Bull Moto Jam serves both as a celebration of motorsport culture and a potential indicator of renewed momentum for top-tier international racing in the country.
