Circoloco Announces Artist Lineup for India Debut in Mumbai

Circoloco, one of the world’s most influential underground music brands, has announced the artist lineup for its long-awaited India debut, set to take place on April 19, 2026, at Jio World Garden. The event will be presented by Kingfisher Ultra and produced by Sound Simplify in collaboration with Xora and District.

Founded at DC-10 over two decades ago, Circoloco has grown into a globally respected institution in underground electronic music. Known for its uncompromising, music-first approach, the brand has played a key role in shaping contemporary electronic music culture, with landmark events across Ibiza, London, Miami, New York, and Paris.

The Mumbai edition is positioned as a significant milestone for India’s electronic music landscape, reflecting the growing scale, maturity, and global alignment of the country’s underground music audience. Organisers describe the debut as more than a standalone event, framing it as India’s entry into the top tier of global underground culture.

The artist lineup brings together some of the most influential names in contemporary electronic music. Headlining the event is Marco Carola, regarded as a defining figure in modern techno. He will be joined by Michael Bibi, one of the most prominent artists of his generation; Chris Stussy, a leading voice in the new underground house movement; Mau P, known for his crossover appeal; and Jamback, who will bring a forward-looking underground sound to the lineup.

According to the organisers, the collaboration between Kingfisher Ultra, Sound Simplify, Xora, and District represents a new approach to large-scale underground events in India, combining international standards with strong local cultural understanding. The promoters have previously focused on building community-led music properties, an approach seen as essential to hosting a brand as culturally specific as Circoloco.

Circoloco’s India debut is being positioned as a broader cultural moment, signalling India’s transition from an emerging destination for electronic music to an active participant in the global underground circuit. As the brand makes its first appearance on Indian soil, it is expected to open a new chapter in how underground music and nightlife culture are experienced and perceived in the country.
