Stupa Sports to Elevate Generali Hexagon Cup 2026 with AI-Powered Stupa Cast

Leading global sports technology and analytics firm Stupa Sports has announced its partnership with the prestigious Generali Hexagon Cup 2026, becoming the tournament’s Official Data and Technology Partner. The collaboration marks the debut of Stupa Sports’ flagship AI-driven broadcasting solution, Stupa Cast, in Spain—further strengthening the company’s growing footprint across Europe.

As part of the agreement, Stupa Sports will deploy Stupa Cast, its in-house artificial intelligence platform for broadcast statistics and media highlights, along with a comprehensive suite of services designed to enhance live broadcasts, fan engagement, and analytical depth throughout the tournament.

Now in its third edition, the Hexagon Cup will be held from January 28 to February 1, 2026, at Madrid’s iconic Caja Mágica. The team-based padel tournament features eight mixed teams competing across men’s, women’s, and Next Gen (Under-21) categories. The event brings together some of the world’s top professional padel players, led by prominent global personalities including Sergio Agüero, Eva Longoria, the Rafa Nadal Academy, Pierre Gasly, Andy Murray, Anthony Joshua, and Robert Lewandowski.

Among Stupa Sports’ key deliverables for the tournament will be live scoring and data feed transmission, real-time statistics, dynamic broadcast graphics, and on-site technical expertise, all aimed at delivering a more immersive viewing experience for fans and stakeholders worldwide.

Commenting on the partnership, Ms Megha Gambhir, Co-founder and CEO of Stupa Sports, said the collaboration represents another major milestone in the company’s global expansion, “Having also partnered Major League Table Tennis in the USA, Stupa Cast is now active across three continents. As we continue to receive positive feedback from our partners, we are excited to further transform the sports landscape with the power of AI-driven analytics. It is a matter of great pride and honour for us to be associated with a legendary and pathbreaking tournament like the Hexagon Cup, and we look forward to making the wonderful sport of padel even more exciting to watch.”

First deployed by World Table Tennis in 2023, Stupa Cast has since expanded across multiple sports including badminton, pickleball, and volleyball. In India, the platform was recently used by the Prime Volleyball League, further demonstrating its versatility across formats and disciplines. With Spain now on board, Stupa Cast is present in five European countries, following Sweden, Austria, Denmark, and Switzerland.

Welcoming the partnership, Astrid Thams, Commercial Managing Director of the Hexagon Cup, highlighted the role of technology in shaping the future of the sport, “The Generali Hexagon Cup is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sports entertainment, and our partnership with Stupa Sports is a significant step in that direction. Their expertise in real-time data and AI analytics, notably through Stupa Cast, will be instrumental in delivering a deeper, more immersive experience for our global audience and partners.”

The agreement also reinforces Stupa Sports’ expanding presence within the global padel ecosystem. The company is currently serving as the Data and Technology Partner for the FIP Bronze Mumbai, hosted by VPadel at the VPadel Arena. In November 2025, Stupa Sports also supported the FIP Silver Hong Kong, delivering AI analytics, streaming, and production services.

Late last year, the company announced two major international partnerships, joining hands with Swiss Tennis as the Official Competition Management Partner for padel events across Switzerland and entering professional pickleball as the exclusive Data and Technology Partner for the Pickleball Champions League Asia Finals 2025 in Shenzhen, China.

Together, these collaborations underscore Stupa Sports’ growing influence in the global sports ecosystem and highlight the rising demand for AI-powered sports technology solutions from an Indian firm driving innovation across multiple international sporting platforms.
