Jublia Rebrands as Jublia AI to Power the Next Era of Event Engagement Intelligence

Event technology company Jublia has announced its rebrand as Jublia AI, marking what it calls a fundamental shift in how event platforms are designed and scaled in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The company said the transition reflects a complete rebuild of its platform and operating model to become “AI-native”, enabling events to not only track engagement but also understand context and respond in real time.

“For years, event technology has focused on engagement metrics—clicks, scans, dashboards. But engagement alone is no longer enough. The next era belongs to intelligence: events that understand context, adapt in real time, and act when people need answers,” said Kuan Yan, CEO and co-founder of Jublia AI.

The company said the rebrand goes beyond a name change and represents a redesign of how users access and interact with event data. According to Jublia AI, the platform now connects both static event information—such as agendas and exhibitor details—and dynamic behavioural signals, converting the overall experience into a prompt-based interface. This allows attendees, exhibitors, and organisers to ask questions in natural language instead of searching through fragmented event resources.

“This isn’t about adding AI features. It’s about adopting an AI posture. We rebuilt the platform so intelligence is embedded at the core, not layered on top,” Kuan Yan added.

Three key capabilities introduced under Jublia AI

As part of its AI-native approach, the company is rolling out three prominent product shifts:

1. Query-Driven Event Experiences
Jublia AI will enable event participants to interact with events through natural language across apps, websites, and on-site touchpoints, turning complex event ecosystems into conversational experiences.

2. AI Observability with Actionable Insights
Moving beyond traditional analytics, the platform will capture intent and behavioural signals that organisers can act on in real time, with the aim of supporting smarter decision-making before, during, and after an event.

3. Training as Part of the Workflow
Acknowledging the importance of data quality for AI outcomes, the company said it is piloting a model in which organisers actively support system training, guided by specialists on enriching data to improve performance over time.

Internal shift to AI-led operations

Jublia AI said its transformation also extends to internal operations. Over the past six months, the company has deployed AI agents across product development, service, and support, designed to orchestrate workflows and surface insights built on over a decade of event experience.

“We’re committed to walking the talk. Becoming AI-native means changing how we build, how we operate, and how we deliver value, not just what we ship,” said Kuan Yan.

Reimagining what event experiences can become

With an AI-first architecture, the company said it is working toward event experiences that include personalised journeys, intelligent matchmaking, real-time guidance, and systems that continuously learn from every interaction.

“This rebrand is our new starting line. Whether you’ve worked with us before or are discovering Jublia AI for the first time, we invite the industry to experience what event engagement intelligence looks like in practice,” Kuan Yan said.

With this transformation, Jublia AI aims to help the events industry move beyond engagement tracking and step into a future where experiences are smarter, more responsive, and truly intelligence-led.
