India Soul Fest 3.0 is set to return to Phoenix Palladium Mumbai, positioning itself as one of India’s most immersive celebrations of mindful, creative, and conscious living. Scheduled as a two-day experience, the festival aims to bring together wellness, creativity, and community through a curated journey designed for all age groups.
Envisioned as a holistic platform for inner connection, India Soul Fest 3.0 encourages attendees to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and nourish mind, body, and soul through practices that blend ancient wisdom with contemporary wellbeing.
The festival will feature keynote sessions by Inshaa Arora and Suyash Singh from Aum India Wellness Centre, along with a special SRMD Yoga workshop. The sessions are aimed at offering tools for mindfulness, balance, and conscious living.
Day two of the festival will include sessions led by Manny Anchan, MAAsterG**, Sun Kyeong, Emilie Weston, and Kainaz Motivala from Aum India Wellness Centre, introducing diverse perspectives around self-awareness, resilience, and personal evolution.
Spaces Designed for Healing and Insight
Among the key attractions is the Zen Den, a dedicated space for relaxation and embodied healing. The zone will host sound healing journeys, guided meditation, yoga, breathwork, somatic release, and Thai Yoga sessions aimed at releasing tension and supporting inner balance.
For those inclined towards intuitive and spiritual exploration, the Oracle Oasis will offer tarot and angel card readings, numerology, intuitive and energy readings, coffee readings, crystal healing, and pranic healing experiences designed for reflection and self-understanding.
Creativity, Expression, and Young Souls
The festival’s Healing Arts and Creative Expression zone will spotlight creativity as a tool for mindfulness and emotional release. Participants can engage in vision board making, affirmation card painting, mandala and coffee art, nature-inspired creations, and free-flow doodling.
Interactive installations such as the Gratitude Wall, Manifestation Wall, and Doodle Wall will also invite attendees to contribute spontaneous expression and shared reflection.
A Kids’ Corner will run alongside the festival programming, ensuring younger participants are included through curated activities such as free-flow doodling, nature’s canvas, paint-your-positivity sessions, storytelling, and art-based play.
Conscious Marketplace and Culinary Offerings
India Soul Fest 3.0 will also feature Soulful Souk and Soul Delights, a marketplace and food arena showcasing conscious brands, handcrafted products, spiritual tools, and nourishing cuisine aligned with mindful living.
Aum India Wellness Centre will serve as the Wellness Partner, reinforcing the festival’s focus on authentic healing practices and integrated wellbeing.
More Than a Festival
With soulful music, immersive performances, and an inclusive environment, India Soul Fest 3.0 is being positioned as more than an event, described as a community-led celebration of inner connection and conscious living. The festival aims to offer a space in the city for pause, reflection, and realignment, with an experience intended to stay with attendees beyond the venue.
India Soul Fest 3.0 will take place on 24 and 25 January 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), with events starting from 2 PM onwards.
