Mumbai recently played host to the World Hindu Economic Forum (WHEF) 2025, a high-profile gathering that brought together government leadership, global industrialists, media voices, and cultural thinkers under one roof. Positioned as a platform where economic intent, policy dialogue, and long-term vision converged, the forum was managed end-to-end by NeoNiche Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
NeoNiche’s mandate extended far beyond event logistics. The agency was tasked with designing an experience capable of supporting complex conversations, adhering to protocol, and enabling meaningful engagement between stakeholders, while ensuring the forum remained structured, cohesive, and momentum-driven. From spatial planning and show flow to branding, technology integration, and on-ground coordination, each element was curated to support dialogue rather than distract from it.
Aligned with the theme of Innovation, Self-Reliance, and Prosperity, WHEF 2025 positioned itself as more than a conventional conference. It aimed to create a space where ideas could transition into action, with enterprise, policy, and purpose working in tandem.
A defining moment of the forum came when Shri Hari Mohan Bangur, Chairman of Shree Cement Ltd., handed over a Letter of Intent committing an investment of ₹2,000 crore in Maharashtra to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The exchange served as a significant milestone, signalling the forum’s potential to translate dialogue into tangible economic commitment.
WHEF 2025 was structured around two parallel tracks, each addressing distinct aspects of Bharat’s evolving economic landscape. The Hindu Economic Forum brought together global entrepreneurs and industrialists to explore wealth creation through a long-term perspective rooted in civilisational values and sustainable development. Discussions bridged legacy industries and emerging sectors, with ambition and responsibility presented as complementary forces.
Running alongside was the Hindu Media Forum, which convened filmmakers, journalists, digital creators, and media leaders to examine the power of narratives in shaping nations. Conversations focused on storytelling, cultural influence, and Bharat’s evolving role as a global thought leader through its own voice and identity.
Designing a forum of this scale required careful attention to movement, protocol, and participant experience. NeoNiche’s prior expertise in managing complex, government-scale events played a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery. The branding remained restrained and deliberate, reflecting the forum’s ethos without overpowering the larger narrative.
Technology, too, played a quiet yet essential role—enabling smooth registrations, seamless session transitions, and an overall participant experience that felt effortless.
“As an agency, we see events like these as far more than execution,” said Prateek N. Kumar, Founder and CEO of NeoNiche Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd. “Our responsibility was to narrate the story of a rising Bharat. Every touchpoint, from the visual language to the pacing of the sessions, was designed with that intent.”
Guided by the philosophy of Dharmasya Moolam Arthah, the forum’s experience was designed to feel purposeful rather than performative, allowing the idea of prosperity rooted in values to emerge organically through the sessions and interactions.
One of the most notable aspects of WHEF 2025 was the ease with which government leadership and corporate decision-makers shared the same space. Union Ministers, Chief Ministers, industry leaders, and global delegates engaged in conversations that remained structured yet fluid, formal yet forward-looking.
Dr. Nishith K Bhandarkar, Director – Government Alliance at NeoNiche, highlighted the complexity of ensuring that balance behind the scenes. “Events at this level require precision and restraint. Our role was to ensure that collaboration between government, industry, and global stakeholders happened naturally. When that balance is right, outcomes follow.”
Founded in 2012, the World Hindu Economic Forum has previously been hosted in global cities including London, Los Angeles, and Bangkok. The Mumbai edition added a distinctly Indian chapter to its international journey—confident, grounded, and forward-looking, reflecting the economic story Bharat is increasingly telling the world.
For NeoNiche, WHEF 2025 served as more than just a large-scale assignment. It reaffirmed how thoughtfully designed experiences can shape conversations, influence outcomes, and quietly turn vision into value.
