Lumio Appoints Varun Nair as Head of Marketing

Home entertainment brand Lumio has appointed Varun Nair as its Head of Marketing, the company said. In his new role, Varun will lead Lumio’s brand and marketing efforts as well as its go-to-market strategy, as the company continues to build a home entertainment brand focused on community, storytelling and consumer insight.

Varun brings more than a decade of experience across brand strategy, media, digital marketing, community building and product marketing. Prior to joining Lumio, he served as Head of Brand Marketing at POCO India, where he oversaw brand strategy, media planning, community initiatives, social media and partnerships, contributing to consumer engagement in the competitive smartphone market.

Earlier, Varun led public relations, brand and digital marketing for the cycles and electric vehicle businesses at TI Cycles of India, where he worked on brand positioning, digital initiatives and EV product launches. His previous stints also include leadership roles at 22feet Tribal Worldwide and Experience Commerce, where he handled brands such as Toyota, Lexus, Lenovo, MRF and Amazon. He began his career at Ogilvy.
