Mayfair Housing has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Nitin Nagpal as its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO), reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on growth, market responsiveness and customer-centric expansion.
In his new role, Nagpal will lead the company’s integrated sales and marketing mandate, aligning business growth with market intelligence and evolving customer expectations. His responsibilities will include revenue optimisation, market-led product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the development of scalable sales ecosystems across Mayfair Housing’s portfolio.
Nagpal brings extensive experience across the real estate sector. Prior to joining Mayfair Housing, he spent nearly a decade with Dosti Realty Ltd., where he most recently served as Director – Sales, Marketing and Presales Sourcing. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in shaping residential and commercial verticals at HDFC Realty Ltd., contributing to large-scale developments across emerging markets.
