Jagran Solutions has successfully executed the on-ground event operations and experience design for the FIDE World Cup 2025, held from October 30 to November 27 at Resort Rio, Goa. The global tournament featured 206 players from more than 80 countries, competing for a USD 2 million prize pool and coveted qualification spots for the 2026 Candidates Tournament.
Organised by FIDE and the All India Chess Federation (AICF), the championship saw MGD1 (Maha Gana Dravida) collaborate with Jagran Solutions to deliver the complete venue setup, production framework, and championship environment.
Jagran Solutions’ scope of work included:
- Venue layout planning and holistic experience design
- Production management, technical infrastructure and overall setup
- Branding, signage and visual identity execution
- Tournament hall preparation in accordance with international chess protocols
- Operational and stakeholder support in coordination with the MGD1 team
