Goodies Narayanan has joined Bacardi India as Director Marketing – CMO India, as announced in her LinkedIn post.
In her new role, Goodies will lead all Consumer & Customer Marketing operations in India for Bacardi’s diverse portfolio, which includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire and more. “Thrilled to share a new chapter — I’ve joined Bacardi India Private Limited as Director Marketing – CMO India. At Bacardi, I’ll be leading all Consumer & Customer Marketing teams in India across a vibrant portfolio that includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, and more. These are brands with rich heritage and bold futures, brands that have shaped culture.”
Before joining Bacardi India, Goodies spent nearly three years at Coursera, where she served as Vice President / Head of International Marketing, Revenue & Growth. Prior to that, she worked as VP — Marketing at Hotstar.
Reflecting on her professional journey, she shared: “After an incredible few years in consumer-tech marketing with Hotstar and Coursera, driving growth, scaling performance engines, and deepening my love for data-driven marketing, I’m excited to return to my core — building iconic brands that shape culture.”
Narayanan’s career also includes significant roles across renowned global companies such as GSK, Procter & Gamble, and Siemens, showcasing her extensive experience across consumer goods, technology, and brand-building.
With this appointment, Bacardi India strengthens its marketing leadership by bringing on board a seasoned marketer with a strong background in building culturally influential brands.
