VIRTUE Asia has announced the launch of V47 Entertainment, a new branded entertainment studio developed in partnership with Goldfinch International, the financing, production, and creative ecosystem arm of the UK-based Goldfinch Group. Positioned at the intersection of culture, creativity, and capital, the venture aims to redefine how brands participate in storytelling across Asia, MENA, and emerging global markets.
Designed to help brands move from traditional advertising into entertainment-led cultural properties, V47 will focus on films, series, anthology formats, microdramas, digital universes, and creator-driven IP built for cross-market travel.
“A new model of branded entertainment born from culture”
“As we look into 2026, the creative industry is being reshaped by a simple truth: culture leads brands. Audiences no longer want brands to interrupt culture, they want them to actively contribute to it. With V47, we’re giving brands the ability to build signature entertainment properties — worlds, stories, and cultural experiences that audiences choose to spend time with. As AI automates the functional layers of marketing, entertainment becomes the next frontier for brand relevance,” said Lesley John, CEO of VIRTUE Asia.
V47 merges VIRTUE Asia’s cultural insights and creative leadership with Goldfinch International’s financing structures, production network, and global entertainment expertise. The partnership creates an end-to-end platform enabling brands to design and scale entertainment IP with long-term cultural value.
A Studio Built for Regions Shaping Global Culture
Operating across Asia, MENA, and the Global South, the venture is strategically positioned in regions now influencing global cultural trends.
“Asia is now shaping what the world wants next, reversing decades of west-to-east cultural flow. V47 allows brands to build cultural capital where influence is accelerating the fastest,” John added.
A New Partnership Model Blending Culture and Capital
“V47 blends culture, capital and creativity in a way the industry hasn’t seen. By engineering marketing, storytelling and distribution together from day one, and building content hand-in-glove with brands, we’re generating IP with scale and monetisation baked in, creating real strategic and commercial upside for every partner involved,” said Phil McKenzie, COO and Co-Founder, Goldfinch.
“Goldfinch has long believed that the next generation of global entertainment will be driven by new partnership models and new centres of cultural gravity. V47 embodies that shift,” added Justin Deimen, Founding Partner, Goldfinch International.
“V47 is built on a simple conviction: brands have a far bigger role to play in shaping culture than the traditional advertising model allows. This venture gives brands a seat at the creative table, not as sponsors, but as partners,” said David Webster, Chairman, V47 Entertainment.
First Slate to Be Unveiled in Early 2026
The inaugural slate of V47 Entertainment projects — currently in development — will be unveiled in Q1 2026. It includes:
- two unscripted docu-series
- a live event series
- a microdrama
- an original competition TV format
- an animation series
Each project reflects V47’s mission to merge brand investment with premium entertainment production to create culturally resonant, scalable IP. The studio also plans to develop a branded entertainment fund and content accelerator to grow long-term entertainment assets for brands.
