Laqshya Media Group (LMG), one of India’s most awarded integrated marketing communications companies, has announced the launch of Laqshya StoryWorks, a new content vertical focused on creating original fiction and non-fiction IPs, multi-platform branded content, and AI-powered storytelling formats.
The division will be led by industry veteran Ravi Kudesia, who joins as Vice President & Business Head.
Laqshya StoryWorks marks a strategic expansion for LMG at a time when brands and platforms are rapidly investing in immersive formats that go beyond traditional advertising. The new vertical strengthens the Group’s content ecosystem by enabling the creation, production, and distribution of long-form shows, short-form digital videos, experiential storytelling, and brand-led narratives enriched by artificial intelligence.

Announcing the launch, Alok Jalan, Chairman & Managing Director, Laqshya Media Group, said, “We see a tremendous opportunity at the intersection of content, technology and branding. Content marketing and IP creation are fast becoming essential parts of the media mix. Laqshya StoryWorks gives us a creative powerhouse to produce long-form shows, short-form videos, and experiential storytelling that resonate with today’s consumers. It will allow us to harness emerging creative tech to produce compelling narratives for audiences, which in turn empowers our clients to connect with consumers in novel ways. This launch aligns perfectly with our vision of creativity and innovation driving measurable impact for brands.”

The introduction of a dedicated studio strengthens LMG’s footprint across OOH, DOOH, digital marketing, experiential, and brand tech. The new vertical aims to build proprietary IPs and long-term branded entertainment properties while unlocking fresh revenue channels.
Laqshya StoryWorks will produce original series, short digital formats, fiction, non-fiction, platform-specific OTT content, social-first storytelling, and on-ground experiential narratives. AI tools will support the division in scaling creativity, enhancing production speed, and driving personalisation.
The vertical will grow over the next 3–5 years through new talent, technology collaborations, and the development of multi-platform content franchises.
Ravi brings over 25 years of experience across television, digital, print, and radio. Previously, he served as Head of Special Projects and Branded Content at ABP Network, where he led marquee properties such as the Ideas of India Summit and Roots & Rhythm. Commenting on his appointment, Jalan added, “Ravi’s expertise in driving both branded content and strategic partnerships will help him operate on both sides of the table. With Ravi’s track record of building revenue-focused content ecosystems, we are confident to grow this vertical exponentially.”
Sharing his vision for the new division, Ravi said, “Content is the next frontier for brand engagement, and Laqshya StoryWorks hits the mark at just the right time. We aim to create content that is not only creatively superb but also backed by strategy and data to deliver measurable outcomes for brands. I’m excited to assemble a talented team and shape this vertical into a market leader in content innovation.”
