Strengthening India’s position as one of the world’s fastest-growing players in the global Web3 economy, India Blockchain Week (IBW 2025) is set to return from December 1–7 for its third and largest edition. The flagship IBW Conference will take place on December 2–3 at the Sheraton Grand Convention Centre, backed by global blockchain leaders Binance and Aptos Foundation as Title Sponsors.
Recognised as the country’s most influential Web3 gathering, IBW 2025 will bring together global investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and developers for more than 100 side events, workshops, and networking sessions. These engagements will be hosted by leading organizations including Hashed Emergent, Polygon, Devfolio, TON, Cardano, and several others.
India’s Web3 landscape continues to surge, with over 1,200 startups, 35 million active crypto users on centralized exchanges, the world’s second-largest developer base, and the highest global crypto adoption rate for three consecutive years. This momentum reflects a market ripe for innovation and global leadership.
Hosted by Hashed Emergent, a venture capital firm focused on accelerating Web3 adoption in emerging markets, the IBW Conference will feature 100+ speakers in keynotes, fireside chats, and debates addressing blockchain, AI, real-world assets (RWA), and regulatory advancements.
Shri Priyank M. Kharge, Minister for Electronics, IT, Biotechnology, and Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka, will deliver the opening keynote on Day 2. His address comes soon after the state’s newly announced Start-up Policy 2025–2030, which allocates INR 518 crore to strengthen Karnataka’s innovation ecosystem, including blockchain-focused enterprises.

For early-stage founders, the IBW Demo Day—jointly sponsored by Aptos Foundation and Avalanche—will offer startups a global platform to present their innovations. Hashed Emergent has committed up to $250,000 in investments for promising teams.

IBW 2025 will also host the Cardano Hackathon Asia 2025, offering a $65,000 prize pool and mentorship from leading builders across the Cardano ecosystem, helping participants convert ideas into ready-to-launch projects.
