Nestlé India has announced a key leadership change within its marketing communications division. Chandan Mukherjee, Head – Strategy & Marketing Communications, will step down from his role on December 31, 2025, after more than 13 years with the company.

During his tenure, Chandan played a pivotal role in driving Nestlé India’s marketing and communication strategy, championing digital transformation and data-led storytelling. He was instrumental in strengthening the company’s consumer engagement through insight-driven and integrated campaigns, contributing significantly to its brand equity and communication framework.

Stepping into the role from January 1, 2026, Varun Sethuraman has been elevated to Head – Marketing Communications.
