In a groundbreaking move for the advertising world, DDB Mudra Group has joined hands with WARC to introduce Portfolio Evening: Strategy Edition — a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to celebrate and nurture emerging brand strategy talent. Scheduled for November 26, 2025, in Mumbai, the event is now open for registrations until November 15, 2025.
While creativity has long been the heart of advertising, it’s strategy that gives campaigns direction and purpose — and this event aims to spotlight that crucial balance. Targeted at individuals with 0–5 years of experience, the platform will allow young strategists to showcase their skills before some of the country’s most accomplished industry leaders.
Each participant will engage in a 20-minute session with two jurors, receiving direct feedback on their work. The winner will gain exclusive access to WARC’s thought leadership report, “Creative Impact Unpacked from Cannes,” ensuring continued learning beyond the event.
Applicants must submit two pieces of work — either existing projects or responses to provided briefs — highlighting their ability to identify consumer insights, define challenges, and propose effective strategic recommendations.
Adding to the evening’s significance, the event will also feature the India launch of WARC’s “Future of Strategy 2025” report, which explores the evolving role of strategic planning in an AI-driven and rapidly fragmenting media landscape.
The esteemed jury panel includes some of the most influential names in advertising and strategy, such as Dheeraj Sinha (Group CEO, India & South Asia, FCB), Amitesh Rao (CEO – South Asia, Leo), Prem Narayan (CSO, Ogilvy India), Menaka Menon (President & Managing Partner – Growth and Strategy, DDB Mudra Group), Kawal Shoor (Founding Partner, The Womb), and Anirban Mozumdar (CSO, TBWA\India), among others.
With this initiative, WARC and DDB Mudra Group aim to create a meaningful bridge between rising strategists and the veterans who have shaped India’s most iconic brands — setting the stage for the next generation of strategic thinkers to make their mark.
Registrations close on November 15, 2025.
