After a phenomenal debut last year, GoFloRun—a movement powered by Stayfree Tampons and co-led by Neha Dhupia and Anita Lobo—returns for its 2025 edition, promising to be bigger, bolder, and more impactful. Scheduled to take place on December 7 at Dome SVP Stadium, Mumbai, the initiative aims to unite thousands of women through fitness while driving open conversations on menstrual health.
The announcement event brought together an inspiring line-up of personalities, including Krishna Shroff, Soha Ali Khan, Kritika Kamra, Nataša Stanković, Varun Sood, Angad Bedi, Shibani Dhandekar, Sumukhi Suresh, Simone Khambatta, Harman Singha, and Seema Sajdeh, among others. The gathering reflected GoFloRun’s mission to normalize conversations around menstrual wellness, promote fitness-led lifestyles, and foster a community rooted in empathy and empowerment.

The event also featured an open discussion on menstrual health, where participants shared their experiences and insights—further strengthening the initiative’s core message: to build a safe and inclusive space that encourages dialogue, supports women, and challenges long-standing taboos. “Last year was extraordinary—the energy, passion, and sense of community were overwhelming. It was heartening to see women come together to break the silence around menstrual health and even more inspiring to have men like Sonu Sood, Siddhant Nigam, Ranvijay Singha, and Angad Bedi stand beside us. This movement isn’t just for women—it’s for everyone. This year, we’re back with more excitement, stronger determination, and the vision to build an even more inclusive community,” said Neha Dhupia, co-founder of GoFloRun.
Adding to this, Anita Lobo shared, “GoFloRun is more than just a run; it’s about connection, awareness, and change. The turnout last year showed the power women have when they unite with purpose. With Stayfree’s continued support, GoFloRun 2025 will welcome even more participants and expand its impact nationwide.”

Supriya Srinivasa, Marketing Director, Stayfree, commented, “At Stayfree, we’re committed to normalizing period conversations and ensuring no girl feels shame or discomfort about her period. Our partnership with GoFloRun transforms a simple run into a powerful platform for awareness and change. Menstrual health isn’t just a women’s issue—it’s a human one. After all, It’s Just a Period!”
Blending fitness, awareness, and sisterhood, GoFloRun 2025 continues its mission to empower women, foster meaningful dialogue, and promote a more open and inclusive society.
