Megaview and DNA Entertainment Networks Forge Strategic Alliance to Elevate Africa’s Sports Entertainment Landscape

In a landmark move for the African sports and entertainment industry, Megaview, a wholly owned subsidiary of Megapro Holdings, has entered into a strategic joint venture with DNA Entertainment Networks, a global powerhouse in sports management and live event technology.

The collaboration is designed to redefine how fans experience sporting and entertainment events across Africa by merging Megaview’s strong regional presence with DNA Networks’ 39-year global legacy in live event execution and LED innovation.

With headquarters in Bangalore and operations in seven countries, DNA Networks delivers more than 1,800 events annually. The company’s impressive portfolio includes managing the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the ICC Women’s World Cup in Mumbai, alongside providing LED Boards for all SA20 cricket venues in South Africa.

Under this new partnership, the joint venture will provide a comprehensive suite of services — from branding and LED display solutions to event management and entertainment production — aimed at raising the benchmark for quality and creativity in the region.

“We are thrilled to partner with Megaview to bring our global LED and event expertise to Africa. This partnership represents our commitment to Africa’s growing entertainment industry, where we aim to set new benchmarks for technology and innovation,” said Dr. T. Venkat Vardhan, Managing Director, DNA Networks.

Echoing the sentiment, Marc Jury, CEO of Megapro Holdings, added, “By joining forces with DNA Networks, we will elevate the event experience for fans and spectators across Africa. Watching DNA’s exceptional execution at the ICC Women’s World Cup was inspiring — their dedication is something we’re proud to bring into the Megapro family.”

The joint venture underscores a shared vision: to enhance fan experiences across sports, concerts, festivals, and corporate events by introducing world-class systems and technical excellence to the African entertainment arena.
