At the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, Ericsson’s Tech Chaupal emerged as the epicenter of innovation, drawing government officials, industry stakeholders, and customers to experience the next frontier of network technology.
Communique India, the creative agency behind the exhibit, translated Ericsson’s futuristic vision into an immersive, purpose-led brand experience. The activation combined strategic space design, storytelling, and interactive elements to showcase how technology can drive meaningful impact.
Highlights included a robotic dog performing automated railcar inspections, a VR-enabled tram ride offering a journey into India’s connected future, and an Aadhaar-based food grain ATM promoting inclusivity under the Make in India initiative. Each experience reflected Ericsson’s commitment to shaping technology with purpose.
Tarun Aggarwal, Co-founder and CEO of Communique India, said, “At IMC 2025, Tech Chaupal became the epicentre of innovation. Our goal was to bring Ericsson’s vision to life through curated micro-experiences, design, and storytelling — creating interactions that truly immerse visitors in the technology of tomorrow.”
The exhibit’s innovative approach and engaging experiences earned Ericsson the coveted ‘Best Interactive Exhibitor of the Year’ award, with the iconic robot dog even holding the trophy in its mouth, symbolizing the event’s playful yet forward-thinking spirit.
Communique India’s execution of Tech Chaupal showcased how exhibitions can be more than displays — turning them into immersive journeys where innovation, interactivity, and purpose intersect.
