In a landmark development for India’s entertainment and sports sectors, Pavna Sports Ventures, Kri Entertainment, On Stage Talents (OST), and Weddings by IQ (IQW) have announced a merger to form Pavna Sports & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The unified entity aims to establish a comprehensive ecosystem that seamlessly integrates sports, entertainment, live events, and hospitality.
The merger marks a significant step toward redefining India’s experiential landscape by combining the creative strengths and operational capabilities of four leading industry players.
Swapnil Jain, Managing Director of Pavna Sports & Entertainment Pvt. - On Stage Talents (OST), founded by Mourjo Chatterjee, adds strength in artist management, brand partnerships, and large-scale live experiences.
