Abu Dhabi Brings Its Culture and Experiences to Mumbai Through Immersive Activation

Tripadvisor and Experience Abu Dhabi successfully concluded their three-day activation, “Abu Dhabi Is Calling”, at Jio World Plaza, Mumbai, attracting thousands of visitors. The initiative offered a unique, multisensory travel experience, blending interactive technology, immersive storytelling, and authentic traveller insights to showcase Abu Dhabi’s culture and destinations.

Highlights included interactive domes where guests could explore Abu Dhabi in real time with motion visuals and surround sound, AI-powered itinerary pods creating personalised travel plans, and green-screen photo booths transporting attendees to iconic city landmarks. A themed “passport” encouraged visitors to explore all zones, with completed journeys rewarded with exclusive goodie bags and traditional dates from Abu Dhabi.

The event generated significant social media engagement, with influencers and high-net-worth individuals among the attendees, reflecting its wide appeal.
