The 7th edition of Rangilo Re wasn’t just another Navratri event—it was a living, breathing celebration of culture, community, and devotion. From 22nd September to 1st October, Mumbai’s Nesco Centre transformed into the city’s largest indoor Garba destination, drawing an extraordinary 1.8 lakh+ attendees across 10 unforgettable days.
At the centre of this cultural spectacle was the voice of Parthiv Gohil, whose performances became the soul of each night. His voice had the power to pause entire dance floors in reverence before reigniting them with waves of synchronized joy.

But what truly set Rangilo Re apart this year was its spirit of collaboration and inclusivity. The stage witnessed marquee artists across genres—from Salim Merchant, Neeti Mohan, and Mame Khan to Jaya Kishori and Mansi—each bringing their own musical flavour to the Garba experience. It was a confluence of devotional, folk, and contemporary sounds that transcended boundaries and connected people through rhythm and emotion.
Inclusivity lay at the heart of the celebration. Rangilo Re welcomed young talents like Nirvi Gohil and Happy Desai, who is visually impaired, to take centre stage—reaffirming a core belief of the show: that art has no discrimination, only expression. Every beat, every performance, and every participant contributed to a shared narrative of unity through art.

Behind the Spectacle
The seamless execution of this mega-celebration was powered by a passionate team of planners, artists, engineers, and dreamers led by Balakrishnan, Head – Live Events, IPs & Concerts at NESCO Events.
“This year, we set out to make Rangilo Re not just larger, but more vibrant and immersive than ever. Yet, no matter how much passion we pour into production, the real magic of Rangilo Re comes from its people. It’s when the music hits, and you see thousands dancing and grinning in unison — that’s the pulse of this festival,” says Balakrishnan.
With expansive dance floors designed for free movement, concert-level sound tuned to perfection, and immersive stage and SFX setups that elevated every beat of the dhol, every detail was engineered to create a collective experience of joy and belonging.

A Festival of the People

At Rangilo Re, participation isn’t casual—it’s devotion. The community’s commitment, from coordinated traditional outfits to self-taught choreographies, transforms every night into a vibrant dance epic.

More Than an Event—A Cultural Phenomenon
Edition 7 wasn’t just about scaling operations; it was about amplifying emotion. Each night built up to an unforgettable crescendo—the final sets, whether devotional or patriotic, created goosebumps and mesmerized audiences with their sheer emotional power.
And as the season drew to a close, the sight was nothing short of divine; over 20,000 attendees were seated across all three halls, united in prayer as the Vishwambhari Stuti filled the air. It was a moment of collective reverence, one that words can barely capture and eyes will never forget.

With the echoes of devotion still lingering, Rangilo Re now looks ahead to new rhythms, new surprises, and an even grander celebration next year.
