JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Chetana Suryawanshi as its new Director of Services. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, Chetana brings extensive expertise in operations and housekeeping, strengthening the hotel’s executive leadership team.
In her role, Chetana will lead the Services Division, overseeing housekeeping, laundry operations, guest services, and operational efficiency. She will focus on maintaining the hotel’s luxury standards, driving service innovation, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
Chetana has previously held senior positions with prominent hospitality brands including The St. Regis Mumbai, Marriott International Bengaluru, and the Ramee Group. Known for combining strategic vision with operational excellence, she has consistently elevated service benchmarks and built high-performing teams.
