Dream Dash, a first-of-its-kind multi-city sprinting competition for school children, has announced Gallant Sports as its official Sports Infrastructure Partner. Conceptualised by KPMG in India and presented by DreamSetGo, the event aims to put grassroots sprinting on the national stage. The grand finale will feature Olympic legend Usain Bolt as Guest of Honour.
As part of the partnership, Gallant Sports has designed and prepared world-class running tracks and competition surfaces at all Dream Dash venues. This ensures that young athletes get access to facilities that meet international standards.
Nasir Ali, Founder & CEO, Gallant Sports & Infra said, “Sports dreams are born on the right grounds. At Gallant, we’ve always focused on creating accessible and inclusive facilities that encourage participation and build confidence. Our association with Dream Dash gives us the opportunity to support young sprinters with the infrastructure they need to pursue their ambitions.”
The competition involves children from Grades 3 to 9, who competed in 100m and 200m races. Starting with school-level heats and progressing to city finals, the top sprinters will now head to the grand finale in Mumbai and Delhi. They will compete in front of Usain Bolt and some of India’s most celebrated athletes.
Every participant will receive a medal and certificate, underlining the programme’s focus on participation and the value of sport beyond winning.
Gallant Sports’ involvement highlights the importance of quality infrastructure in developing talent at the grassroots level. By creating safe, durable, and affordable facilities, the company hopes to make sport a shared experience for schools and communities across India.
The Dream Dash finale promises to be a celebration of fitness and aspiration, showing how the right environment can turn potential into performance.
