Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa appoints Reshma Godbole as Director of Sales & Marketing

Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Reshma Godbole as its new Director of Sales & Marketing. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Reshma has a proven track record in driving sales strategies, building strong market presence, and delivering growth for luxury hotel brands.

In her new role, she will lead the resort’s sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue growth. She will also play a key role in strengthening the resort’s positioning as a leading leisure, MICE, and wedding destination in Mahabaleshwar.

Reshma previously worked with The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts as Sr. Director of Sales – Domestic Leisure, where she managed pan-India operations. Her career also includes leadership positions at The St. Regis Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, and other renowned hospitality brands, with expertise spanning travel trade, corporate, MICE, guest relations, and event sales.

An alumna of S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai, she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration, specializing in Front Office Management, Guest Relations, and Sales & Marketing, along with a graduation in Home Science with Hotel Hospitality Management as a major.
