IHG® Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement for Holiday Inn Siliguri, in partnership with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, a joint venture between Kaysons Group, Sagar Group, and Golden Goenka Group. Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotel will mark a significant addition to IHG’s growing presence in secondary markets across India.

The upcoming hotel will feature 111 rooms, three dining options, two meeting venues, and a fitness centre. Positioned to serve both corporate and leisure travellers, Holiday Inn Siliguri aims to cater to MICE guests as well as tourists exploring the Himalayan foothills.
