In addition, the ICUC Changemaker Awards will recognize outstanding clean-up champions and honor the contribution of BMC Safai Karamcharis. Key participants this year include Dia Mirza, Monica Nagelgaard, Bittu Sahgal, Kartick Satyanarayan, Prasiddhi Singh, Pradeep Sangwan, Nupur Agarwal, Freishia B, Lazar Jankovic, and more.

Its inaugural edition gathered over 200 delegates, 50 organizations, and reached more than 300,000 people through media and community engagement.
