PepsiCo has announced the appointment of Sriram Iyer as Brand Marketing Director, where he will lead the Quaker brand and spearhead whitespace innovations across the company’s food portfolio. The move reflects PepsiCo’s focus on expanding its presence in the growing health and wellness sector.
With over 16 years of experience in consumer marketing, Iyer brings a strong track record of building and revitalizing iconic brands. At Nestlé, he managed well-known names like MilkMaid and Nestlé EveryDay, while advancing the health agenda through the a+ Milk range. During his tenure at Mondelēz International, he was instrumental in launching Cadbury ChocoBakes and driving Oreo to new milestones in India. At Kimberly-Clark, he played a key role in the successful relaunch of the Huggies baby-care portfolio.
In his new role at PepsiCo, Iyer will leverage his expertise in brand building and commercial strategy to accelerate food innovations and strengthen the company’s diverse food business. This leadership appointment underlines PepsiCo’s commitment to developing future-ready products and seizing emerging opportunities in health-focused categories.
