Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Manish Dayya as its new General Manager, marking a significant new chapter for the dual-branded destination.
With over 27 years of experience in luxury and premium hospitality, Dayya is recognized for his ability to transform hotels into award-winning destinations through a blend of commercial acumen, innovation, and people-first leadership.
In his previous role as General Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Dayya led the property to record-breaking revenues and made it India’s first Green Key certified hotel, setting new benchmarks in sustainability and technological integration. His career with Accor has been marked by successful pre-openings, high-impact refurbishments, and consistent revenue and reputation growth across multiple properties, including Novotel Hyderabad, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, and leading resorts in Goa.
Throughout his journey, Dayya has championed a culture of innovation, empathy, and excellence. His initiatives span from enhancing diversity and introducing pioneering forecasting tools to advancing ESG compliance and community engagement. His leadership has earned him recognition from both national bodies and global hospitality forums.
