GREY GOOSE Altius unveiled the second edition of Cocktail Couture in collaboration with visionary couturier Amit Aggarwal. Known for his futuristic and sculptural designs, Aggarwal reimagined the glacial elegance of GREY GOOSE Altius into couture that blended light, form, and transformation.
At the heart of the evening was Exon: The Code of Light, a runway showcase inspired by the radiance of the French Alps. The runway became a crystalline corridor where garments shimmered like radiant codes of brilliance.

Amit Aggarwal said, “When one speaks of high fashion, it has always been synonymous with French couture, and this collaboration with GREY GOOSE Altius challenged me to explore “how one elevates the purity of nature, French elegance, and glacial smoothness into a new form of couture?” The answer became clear: when something is already crafted to perfection, you let it speak for itself. Exon: The Code of Light, is an homage to that brilliance—a way to translate its innovation and timeless elegance into a visual form that feels both ethereal and futuristic.”
He further added, “Collaborating with Grey Goose Altius has been an immersive journey—one that celebrates craftsmanship, innovation, and the essence of modern luxury. Much like the spirit itself, the collection draws from themes of fluidity, clarity, and elevation. I aimed to translate that ethos into couture that feels light yet powerful, sculptural yet effortless.”
Aggarwal’s creations drew on translucent fabrics, sharp geometric lines, and metallic elements that reflected the purity of ice and the fluidity of the spirit.
The showcase extended beyond fashion with a special cocktail menu curated by mixologist Avinash Kapoli. Inspired by the French Alps and Indian landscapes, his creations used locally sourced ingredients like jujube, apple, and jasmine.
Avinash Kapoli said, “Crafting this cocktail collection was a true conversation with Amit Aggarwal’s vision… We have translated the refined artistry of couture into a liquid form, blending locally sourced ingredients to curate a collection where every cocktail is a perfectly tailored expression of both French finesse and Indian inspiration.”
Highlights included the Alpage Vert, a refreshing herb-infused martini; Sel des Cimes, a bold briny martini with jujube brine; Pomme en Altitude, a crisp apple highball; and Éclat du Soir, a floral spritz perfect for golden hour.
Siddhant Kapoor, Brand Manager – Premium White Spirits, Bacardi India said, “With this edition of Cocktail Couture, we seek to go beyond indulgence to craft sophisticated cultural moments. Our collaboration with Amit Aggarwal reflects the brand’s ethos: French excellence, artistic innovation, and the ability to transform every detail into an elevated experience.”

Guests were welcomed into a luminous glasshouse where actor Kalki Koechlin raised a bilingual toast in French and English. A live piano performance by Sahil Vasudeva set the mood for the couture showcase, with Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sharvari as showstoppers. The night ended with a high-energy afterparty led by DJ Nina.
From couture to cocktails, the evening was a seamless blend of artistry, elegance, and celebration—where French refinement met Indian creativity.
