Delhi Comic Con 2025 Returns This December with India’s Biggest Pop-Culture Celebration

Comic Con India has officially announced that the Delhi Comic Con 2025-26 will be held from December 5–7, 2025, at the NSIC Exhibition Grounds, Okhla.

Since its debut in 2011, Delhi has served as the home and launchpad of Comic Con India, fostering the country’s growing pop-culture movement. The event has become a hub for fans through cosplay showcases, comic book collections, fan meet-ups, exclusive merchandise, and immersive experiences. Last year, the festival drew more than 52,000 visitors and featured comedians Ashish Solanki, Ravi Gupta, Rohan Joshi, along with musical performances by Panther and rapper Fotty Seven.

Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and MD, NODWIN Gaming said, “Delhi will always be home for Comic Con India. This is where it all began in 2011, when a small group of fans, artists, and creators turned a simple idea into a cultural movement. Every year since, the city has given us the biggest stage and the loudest voice. You can feel the spirit of fandom everywhere, from comic book shops in Connaught Place to buzzing student festivals across campuses, and in the creativity of cosplayers and gamers who travel from all over the country to be here. For me, Delhi Comic Con is a humbling reminder of where we started and how far this community has come. This December, I can’t wait to see the capital once again transform into India’s biggest celebration of stories, characters, and imagination.”

Comic Con India goes beyond being a convention, offering workshops, panel sessions, meet-ups, and networking opportunities for creators and fans alike. From gaming tournaments and VR simulations to cosplay contests and artist showcases, it continues to be a bridge between passion and profession. Over the years, the event has hosted international creators such as Ryan North, Jason Loo, Dan Parent, and David Lloyd, as well as Japanese voice actors like Kappei Yamaguchi and Natsuki Hanae.

Shefali Johnson, CEO, Comic Con India said, “Delhi Comic Con has always been close to my heart because of the fans who make it what it is… There is a warmth and excitement in Delhi that makes you feel like you are part of one big family. For me, the most special part is watching someone’s eyes light up when they find a story, a character, or a community that feels like home. That is what Delhi Comic Con is all about, and I cannot wait to see it come alive again this December.”

The three-day festival will showcase everything from comics and manga to sci-fi and virtual gaming adventures, making it the ultimate pop-culture destination this winter.
