The Economic Times is all set to host the inaugural edition of Food XP 2025 – Convergence of Aisles and Tables on October 7–8, 2025, at the Leela Ambience Hotel, Gurugram. The two-day summit aims to bridge the gap between retail shelves and dining tables, spotlighting innovation, technology, and collaboration across India’s food industry.
Food XP 2025 will feature a dynamic mix of conference sessions, exhibitions, food tastings, and product launches. Industry leaders from the food retail, grocery, and foodservice sectors will discuss emerging trends, technological advancements, and strategies shaping the future of food consumption and distribution in India.
The exhibition will host over 50 exhibitors, including FMCG brands, restaurants, tech providers, startups, and distribution solutions, creating opportunities for producers, retailers, and service providers to network and collaborate. Attendees can also look forward to curated tasting sessions highlighting a diverse range of products—from gourmet offerings to mass-market staples—and witness launches of innovative food products and retail concepts.
Key discussion topics will include rethinking grocery retail for modern consumers, sustainable practices in supply chains, AI and predictive analytics in food retail, and innovations in foodservice and dining experiences.
The event is expected to attract professionals from supermarket and hypermarket chains, FMCG companies, distributors, restaurants, and foodservice providers.
Food XP 2025 will also be supported by several industry partners, including Tea Culture of the World as the premium tea partner, Kaapi Solutions as an associate partner, and Kaapi Machines as the coffee innovation partner. Supporting brands include Cremica and Electrolux Professional, while associations such as FHRAI, Indian Culinary Forum, FIFI, HPMF, and the Indian Malt Whisky Association are lending their support.
“Food XP 2025 offers a unique platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration, aiming to accelerate the transformation of India’s food ecosystem,” organizers said.
