Indian hip-hop sensation Badshah is set to raise the bar for live music experiences with his upcoming USA tour, the Unfinished Tour, whose production alone has reportedly cost a staggering $2 million USD, making it the most expensive tour ever mounted by an Indian hip-hop artist.
The tour promises an immersive experience, featuring a 40-foot ramp extending into the audience to break the traditional performer-fan barrier. Promoters say the setup is designed to foster a deeper connection between Badshah and his fans.
For the first time in Indian live music, the production will employ 20 kinesis hoists—advanced rigging technology that allows dynamic lighting rigs to move choreographically throughout the performance. Dual hydraulic platforms on stage and within the audience will enable Badshah to perform from multiple angles, ensuring an interactive and unpredictable show.
Nearly transparent LED screens will display custom visuals, blending live camera footage with artistic filters, while an array of special effects—including controlled flames, explosive bursts, CO2 blasts, streaming lights, and stadium-level pyrotechnics—will be synchronized through fully automated control systems. This marks the first use of fully automated special effects technology in an Indian production, offering spectacular visuals while prioritizing safety.

Building on his international touring success in the UK, UAE, and Canada, Badshah will perform across multiple US cities, including Virginia, New Jersey, the Bay Area, Seattle, Dallas, and Chicago this September.
