EaseMyTrip has announced the appointment of its Founder, Nishant Pitti, as Chairman and Managing Director, following approval at the company’s recent board meeting. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
In his expanded role, Pitti will continue to steer the company’s long-term vision with a sharper focus on innovation, business expansion, and creating value for stakeholders.
