India International Travel Mart to Host Pune & Hyderabad Editions in November–December 2025

India’s longest-running travel trade exhibition, India International Travel Mart (IITM), will return this winter with two major editions — Pune from 27–29 November 2025 at the Expo Centre, Deccan College, Yerawada, and Hyderabad from 4–6 December 2025 at Hall No. 2, HITEX Exhibition Centre, Kondapur.

Organised by Sphere Travelmedia & Exhibitions, IITM has established itself over the last 26 years as a premier platform for tourism networking, destination promotion, and business development. The event brings together national and international tourism boards, hospitality brands, travel operators, technology providers, and key stakeholders from the global travel ecosystem.

“Over the years, IITM has become a landmark event in India’s tourism calendar, playing a vital role in creating direct engagement between destinations, travel brands, and buyers,” said Sanjay Hakhu, Director, Sphere Travelmedia & Exhibitions. “It acts as a catalyst for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and partnerships that help the industry thrive.”

Rohit Hangal, Director, Sphere Travelmedia & Exhibitions, added, “Pune and Hyderabad are among India’s fastest-growing tourism markets. These editions give us the opportunity to bring stakeholders together, promote new destinations, and create stronger industry networks.”

Why Pune & Hyderabad?

Pune, known as the “Oxford of the East”, is a thriving hub for education, IT, manufacturing, and automotive industries, with growing demand for leisure and MICE travel.

Hyderabad, or “Cyberabad”, has emerged as a global technology and innovation centre, with a strong economy, modern infrastructure, and government-backed tourism development initiatives driving both business and leisure travel.

A Booming Travel Market

India’s outbound travel market is projected to grow at a 11% CAGR, reaching $44 billion by 2032, with passport holders expected to cross the 100 million mark this year. Indian travellers are among the world’s highest spenders per trip abroad.

By providing real-time market feedback, new business leads, and brand exposure, IITM aims to help travel and hospitality brands expand their reach in this dynamic market.
