InfoComm India 2025 Summit to Spotlight AI, Hybrid Workplaces & Next-Gen AV Technologies

The InfoComm India Summit is set to return from 9–11 September 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, bringing with it an ambitious, future-focused agenda for the country’s Professional Audiovisual (Pro AV) and integrated experiences industry.

Curated to provide deep insights into AI adoption, hybrid workplaces, immersive experiences, and unified communications, the multi-track summit will see over 60 sessions led by more than 50 industry experts from India and across the globe.

Opening Panel – The Future of Business & Technology in 2030
Kicking off on 9 September, the opening session will explore how AI, IoT, and 5G will transform business innovation and customer experiences. Speakers include Dave Labuskes (CEO, AVIXA), Kaushik Mukhopadhyay (MD & CEO, AVID), and Amar Subash (VP & GM – Asia Pacific & India, Harman).

Next-Generation Technology Insights
Sessions such as “The Future of AI-Driven Digital Signage: Unlocking Context-Aware Experience”, “Quantum AI Transforming Pro AV and Smart Cities”, and “Smart AV & Video Conferencing Powering New-Age Learning” will explore disruptive tech shaping the digital landscape.

Sector-Specific Tracks
Developed with leading associations, the Summit will deep-dive into sector needs – from Smart Cities (AIILSG) to Enterprise IT & Cybersecurity (CSI Mumbai), Education Technology (ICT Academy), Immersive Technologies (TEA), and Digital Signage (Invidis Consulting).

Immersive Experiences with Stephen Thomas Cavit
For the first time, Emmy Award-winning composer and TEA Asia Pacific President Stephen Thomas Cavit will headline a session on designing the guest journey, blending creativity with technology to deliver truly felt immersive experiences.

Interactive & Skills-Based Formats
New additions include a Regional AV Roundtable & Mixer (10 Sept) for candid discussions between manufacturers, integrators, and distributors, and a Hands-On Workshop on AV Networking (11 Sept) covering essential AVoIP protocols.

Milestone: First In-person CTS Training in India

In a major first, AVIXA will host its “CTS 2: Applied AV and AV Project Process” training onsite from 7–9 September, ahead of the main event. Sponsored by Harman, the three-day course will equip participants with applied AV project workflow skills – from planning and documentation to implementation and client handover – helping them work towards the globally recognised CTS® (Certified Technology Specialist™) credential.
