We are blessed to have a large expanse of space where we are able to focus on both areas seamlessly. A combination of attention to detail while being practical and planning according to the flow of events allows us to excel in both these areas.

4. Post-pandemic, hygiene standards have become non-negotiable. What are some hygiene and safety protocols that Nesco Foods follows across its event kitchens and service staff? Do you use any tech-enabled systems to monitor hygiene or quality in real time during mega events?
In-house testing to regular audits are done by our own hygiene expert team. Hygiene is an everyday affair and we follow HACCP standards internally in order to ensure that we are able to take corrective steps before a mishap occurs rather than being reactive.

5. With sustainability being a growing concern in the event and food space, how is Nesco Foods reducing food waste or adopting eco-conscious catering practices?
We have started cooking in smaller batches to ensure that even in the bulk food category, we are serving fresher food and also avoiding or lessening wastage. We have been curating menus, keeping in mind local and seasonal ingredients, which also helps in sustainability.
