Zurich Kotak General Insurance (ZKGI) has announced the appointment of Surabhi Kanjilal as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Based in Mumbai, Kanjilal will work closely with the leadership team to drive the company’s marketing, digital strategy, public relations, and brand development efforts.
Kanjilal brings with her over 16 years of diverse experience across the insurance, mobility, and advertising industries. Before joining ZKGI, she served as the Head of Marketing & Retail PMO at Reliance General Insurance, where she played a key role in strengthening the brand’s presence through innovative campaigns and integrated marketing strategies.
Throughout her career, she has held significant roles at companies including Reliance Health, Ola TFS, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, and Mullen Lintas, contributing to customer engagement and brand growth at each stop.
At ZKGI, Kanjilal is expected to play a vital role in shaping the company’s brand journey in its next phase of growth.
