India’s $95.75 billion restaurant industry is witnessing a significant transformation, with annual growth exceeding 10%, fuelled by changing consumer habits, urban aspirations, premiumisation, and food-tech innovation. Riding this wave, the 14th edition of the Indian Restaurant Congress & Awards (IRC) will be held on August 5–6, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, alongside the launch of Coffee & Tea Asia Summit 2025.
Organised by RestaurantIndia.in and Franchise India, and powered by Founding Partner Cremica and Fuel Partner Indian Oil, this dual-format summit will bring together over 2,000 leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. Cha-Chi Communications joins as the official PR & storytelling partner, helping shape the conversations redefining the future of food and hospitality.
With the theme “A Global Outlook,” IRC 2025 will focus on India’s emergence as a global culinary powerhouse. From local brands expanding overseas to global quick-service restaurants deepening their India presence, the summit will explore what’s next for dining. The two-day program includes keynotes, panels, and breakout sessions covering topics such as immersive dining experiences, phygital formats, hyperlocal strategies, rapid delivery models, and technology-driven kitchens.
Over 150+ influential voices from across the F&B ecosystem will participate, ensuring that every stakeholder—from legacy fine-dining names to cloud kitchen disruptors—takes away valuable insights. The event will close with the Indian Restaurant Awards & Culinary Innovation Awards 2025, celebrating excellence across the industry.
Making its India debut on August 6, Coffee & Tea Asia (CTA) will spotlight the booming beverage sector. This dedicated platform will host café owners, roasters, tea planters, packagers, equipment makers, and baristas for product demos, tastings, and networking. With Gen Z and premium urban consumers driving café culture, CTA 2025 provides a timely opportunity for brands to engage with the next wave in Asia’s beverage scene.
The summit will feature four curated zones:
- ReStart – Showcasing India’s hottest F&B start-ups and franchise challengers
- ReSupply – Highlighting equipment, packaging, and supply chain solutions
- ReSoft – Focused on restaurant tech and digital services
- ReSpaces – Exploring innovation in design, architecture, and real estate
With participation expected from across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, the event promises unmatched opportunities for business matching, partnerships, and lead generation.
IRC & CTA 2025 aim to be the definitive platforms for shaping what comes next in India’s food and drink economy.
