Gifts World Expo 2025 Concludes with Record Footfall and Industry Momentum

The 28th edition of Gifts World Expo, organised by MEX Exhibitions, wrapped up on a high note at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Over three days, the B2B gifting trade show drew 35,822 visitors and hosted 650+ exhibitors, 4,000+ brands, and more than 30,000 products across five expansive halls.

The show attracted corporate buyers, sourcing heads, retailers, institutional buyers, and entrepreneurs from across India. It reinforced its position as the premier sourcing destination for personal, festive, corporate, and luxury gifting.

The event saw robust industry participation and strong support from partners and associations. Mutha Impex joined as the Registration Sponsor, BAA as the Sourcing Partner, and RR Bags as the Carry Bag Sponsor. Power Plus and Castillo Milano were the Lanyard Sponsors, while 6Wresearch served as the Knowledge Partner for Gift Talks. Partner Associations included the Handloom Handicraft Exporters Welfare Association (HHEWA) and the National Jute Board, with further support from the Corporate Gifts Association of India (CGAI), Pen & Stationery Association of India, and the Federation of Maharashtra Stationery Manufacturers & Traders Association (FMSMTA).

This year’s edition showcased an evolving gifting landscape with a focus on innovation and purpose-driven offerings. From gourmet hampers and beauty products to electronics, wellness gifts, and office supplies, the show reflected India’s expanding taste and demand for differentiated gifting solutions.

Wedding Gifts and Stationery World Pavilion emerged as top engagement zones. Exhibitors like Abhinandans Inc., Adidas, Vinod Cookware, Brillare Life Sciences, Idea Crafts, Bugatti, Sarla Mills, EVERWEAR, Indi Colour, Pikmee, Luggero, Red Ribbons Gifting, and Veda Connection garnered significant traction.

With Delhi’s edition concluded, the Expo now shifts its focus to Bengaluru (11–13 September 2025), aiming to unlock new markets and continue industry conversations.

A major announcement was also made during the event’s opening:
The organisers of Paperworld India, Corporate Gifts Show, and Gifts World Expo will merge their exhibition portfolios. As a result, the Mumbai edition in February 2026 will feature the Corporate Gifts Show rebranded under the Gifts World Expo umbrella.
