The wedding of Nandini Sultania and Abhishek Mittal was recently held in Gurgaon, with Event Casa overseeing the planning and coordination of the multi-day celebration. Known for their clear and structured approach to events, the team worked closely with the families to ensure each function reflected the couple’s values and personal preferences.
Nandini, who runs Kamakhya, an NGO focused on menstrual hygiene education, wanted the celebrations to be warm, inclusive, and thoughtfully detailed. With that in mind, Event Casa helped deliver a series of experiences that felt personal while being well-executed
The wedding began with a Welcome Dinner and Carnival hosted at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, followed by a Haldi ceremony at Trident, Gurgaon. Inspired by Vrindavan and Barsana Holi, the Haldi honoured the spiritual devotion of the bride and the groom’s father to Lord Krishna. Aashira Weddings & Events designed the setting, while Madhavas Band brought in a festive and devotional musical backdrop.
The Sangeet, held at Adot Convention by GNH, featured a casino-themed entry and performances by Ranveer Singh, Vaani Kapoor, Sonal Chauhan, Sagar Bhatia, and DJ Sumit Sethi. Guests were welcomed by costumed hostesses in sequined attire, and the evening was choreographed by More Than Thumkas, with decor by Memories Designs by Nidhi JC.
The wedding ceremony, also at Adot Convention by GNH, featured two distinct processional entries — both planned with equal attention. The groom had his traditional procession, while the bride, a dance enthusiast, fulfilled her dream of having a bridal baraat. To bring that to life, Event Casa orchestrated a entry that included a pink open car, Nashik dhol players, and custom-designed stoles for her friends and family — creating a sense of unity and fun that matched her personality. The Design Company led the wedding decor, and Saaz & Prakhar performed live during the ceremony. Varmala choreography was by Adi Dance Institute.
The wedding celebrations concluded with a Reception at The Oberoi, featuring performances by Bryden & Parth and Adnan Sami.
Across all functions, Event Casa managed planning, artist coordination, logistics, and vendor collaboration.
