Raj Nayak Launches ‘House of IPs’ in Partnership with YAAP Digital

Raj Nayak, former COO of Viacom18 and founder of House of Cheer, has announced his latest venture — House of IPs — in a strategic partnership with YAAP Digital, a leading player in digital content and influencer marketing.

House of IPs is positioned as a pioneering Event and Entertainment IP Venture Studio, dedicated to creating, curating, and scaling high-impact intellectual properties across various domains such as entertainment, sports, music festivals, digital formats, and branded experiences. The studio will focus on end-to-end development — from ideation to commercialization — and will work both on original IPs and collaborations with existing IP owners. Services will include strategic advisory, brand building, content development, and revenue monetization.
