The Entertainment Premier League (EPL) is back with a bigger, better, and bolder edition. The fifth season of this one-of-a-kind property—where cricket, entertainment, networking, and business converge—kicked off with a dazzling Premier Night on July 18 at Fairmont Mumbai, setting the tone for the grand matches scheduled to take place on September 5–7 at the state-of-the-art venue, ADOT in Gurugram.
The highlight of the evening was the official jersey launch, unveiled by Sabbas Joseph, Co-founder and Director at Wizcraft Group, adding a powerful note of prestige to the proceedings.

Conceptualized by Innocept Studios, White Flash Events & Exhibitions, and Funky Boyz, EPL is more than a sporting event—it’s a movement built around the entertainment industry’s love for cricket. Bringing together 10 celebrity-owned teams from across India and Dubai, the league offers a high-energy T10 indoor cricket experience, fused with non-stop food, beverages, music, and networking opportunities in a luxurious, air-conditioned setting.
This season brings an exciting first: EPL will be a ticketed event, introducing limited-access passes to maintain quality engagement and manage the growing demand. With overwhelming footfall in past editions, the move is set to make the experience more curated, premium, and seamless for attendees.

The Teams That Set the Turf Ablaze
This year, the EPL features 10 dynamic teams:
Hyderabad Ayushman Challengers, Gujarat Rockerz, Delhi Central Knights, Punjab Kings, Mumbai Maestros, Rajasthan Legends, Pune Supremes, Gurugram Titans, Noida Ninjas, and Dubai Falcons—each packed with industry veterans, artists, planners, and celebrities. Every team comprises three women, two celebrities, and a mix of men from the events and entertainment circuit.
Celebrities include popular names like Akhil Sachdeva, Sagar Bhatia, Meet Bros, Navraj Hans, Mansheel Gujral, Anusha Mani, Abhijeet Sawant, Rahul Vaidya, Amit Mishra, and Ishita Raj, among others.

Not Just Cricket—A Whole Vibe
From live performances by the very artists who play by day to 24/7 shisha, liquor, and food setups, EPL turns the cricket pitch into a three-day indoor carnival. But beyond the glitz lies the real objective: industry-wide unity, collaboration, and growth.
“This concept was born in 2019 out of our love for cricket and a desire to bring the entire event industry under one roof—not to just talk events, but to play. It’s about sports, fun, and networking beyond business cards. Each night ends with after-parties where the same artists who were on the field are now on stage performing,” said Udit Mukim, Co-founder & Director, Innocept Studios.
The idea has evolved, with EPL now branching into multiple IPs including the Champions League T10, which will feature global cricketers like Chris Gayle, Dwayne Smith, and Ross Taylor, playing in teams owned by Bollywood celebrities such as Sunny Leone, Tiger Shroff, and Sargun Mehta.

A Glimpse into the Vision
For Akshat Gupta, Co-founder of Innocept Studios and the man behind EPL, the league is a passion project born from his school-days love for cricket.
“EPL was designed as an equal platform. No stages. No boring sessions. Just cricket, chill, and conversations. We’ve grown from Delhi to pan-India connections, where wedding planners, choreographers, and artists—everyone knows each other now. That’s the real win,” said Akshat.

The Power of Collaboration
Saksham Dhall, Director of White Flash Events & Exhibitions and one of the key minds behind the IP, emphasized the cultural and emotional pull of cricket in India.
“EPL is like a sports day for the entire industry. From the jersey launch at Fairmont to the massive show lined up at ADOT, it’s a celebration where 10 cities and an international team from Dubai unite,” he said.

Why ADOT is the Chosen Battlefield
This year, ADOT, Gurugram plays host to the main league, offering a jaw-dropping 75,000 sq. ft. indoor arena with a 40-feet-high ceiling and unmatched rigging capacity.
“There’s no venue in India like ADOT. This edition, dubbed ADOT 2.0, is going to be an experience India hasn’t seen before. With newer teams and a growing community, the vibe is only getting stronger,” said Sarthak Saini, Owner of ADOT.

Whether you’re in it for the cricket, the connections, or the cocktails, the Entertainment Premier League is rewriting the rulebook on how the event and entertainment fraternity comes together. From wedding planners swinging bats to singers scoring sixes, EPL proves that when India’s most creative minds get sporty, the result is nothing short of spectacular.
So, mark your calendars for 5th, 6th & 7th September at ADOT, Gurugram—because EPL isn’t just a league, it’s a celebration of everything the entertainment industry stands for.
