WOW Awards Middle East 2025 Returns to Honour the Region’s Best in Events and Experiences; Entries Now Open

The WOW Awards Middle East 2025, one of the region’s most anticipated celebrations of excellence in the experiential industry, will return to Festival Arena at Dubai Festival City on October 3, 2025. Entries are now officially open, and the final deadline for submissions on July 31. Click here to register.

The awards aim to honour the finest work in brand experiences, event design, live communication, and venue excellence, bringing together agencies, creators, and professionals who shape the region’s most memorable moments. With a reputation for credibility and integrity, the platform has become a benchmark for recognising innovation and effectiveness in the experiential ecosystem.

The awards are divided into four core categoriesExperiential Marketing, Experiential Celebrations, Experiential Management, and Experiential Venue. Each category comprises sub-categories designed to reflect the diversity and scale of the region’s dynamic event landscape. A distinguished jury panel—comprising leaders and veterans from the brand, marketing, and events space—will evaluate entries through a multi-stage process, ensuring a high standard of adjudication. The jury for the 2025 edition will be announced soon.

In 2024, the awards received 306 entries from across the Middle East, reflecting the industry’s enthusiasm for a credible recognition platform tailored to regional nuances. This year, organisers are expecting even greater participation as the community continues to push boundaries in experience-led engagement.
