Goa Tourism has made a strong impression at the Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) Kolkata 2025, unveiling its vibrant pavilion today at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan. The pavilion highlights Goa’s evolving tourism offerings focused on sustainability, cultural immersion, and digital innovation.
Representing Goa Tourism at the inauguration were Shri Dhiraj Wagle, Deputy Director of Tourism, and Shri Akshay Govenkar, Marketing Manager of GTDC, along with other officials. They interacted with delegates and visitors, emphasizing the state’s commitment to promoting responsible and regenerative tourism.
The Goa Pavilion promotes the idea that Goa is more than just a destination—it is a holistic experience rooted in community, heritage, and sustainability. Visitors learned about unique offerings such as monsoon-based travel, hinterland trails, spiritual tourism circuits, and local experiences that go beyond the typical beach attractions.
To enhance engagement, Goa Tourism has introduced interactive digital features, including QR-based information guides and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences that showcase Goa’s traditions and scenic beauty.
Shri Kedar Naik, Director of Tourism, said, “Goa Tourism is showcasing a range of experiences that reflect the state’s evolving identity. From spiritual trails to immersive monsoon campaigns, the focus is on meaningful and responsible travel. We aim to offer visitors a deeper, more authentic way to experience Goa.”
Over the next two days of TTF Kolkata 2025, the Goa Tourism team will continue to connect with travel professionals, agents, and tourism boards to explore collaborations and strengthen Goa’s reputation as one of India’s most versatile and forward-thinking destinations.
Goa Tourism invites all trade partners and travel enthusiasts to visit its pavilion and experience its renewed spirit that celebrates authenticity, innovation, and inclusive growth.
