In a strategic leadership reshuffle, Titan Company, a Tata Group enterprise, has announced two key appointments to lead its core business verticals — jewellery and watches — as the brand prepares for its next phase of growth.
Arun Narayan, who currently heads the Tanishq India business across retail, marketing, and merchandising, will step into the role of CEO – Jewellery Division starting January 1, 2026. Narayan brings close to 30 years of experience within the Tata ecosystem, having held pivotal roles including Regional Business Head (West), Business Head for Helios, and National Sales and Retail Head for Titan watches. Since 2020, he has led Tanishq India, playing a central role in driving its consumer-first strategy and retail expansion.
Meanwhile, Kuruvilla Markose, currently the CEO of Titan’s International Business Division, will take over as CEO of the Watches Division from August 13, 2025, succeeding Suparna Mitra. With a diverse three-decade-long career spanning FMCG, telecom, BPO, consulting, and digital retail, Markose has been with Titan since 2015, starting as Chief Digital Officer. He has since been instrumental in scaling the brand’s international footprint across watches, jewellery, and eyewear.
These leadership changes reflect Titan’s renewed focus on strategic growth, innovation, and global expansion across its flagship businesses.
